Within the webtoprintsoftware.com system, the solution allows for basic e-commerce settings such as for payment and shipping. The default system settings can be overridden by setting specific settings for a customer. For example, if the default setting for your system is credit card processing for payment you can enable terms but only allow terms for customers you specifically set up. When that particular customer places an order their payment options will reflect both the credit card option as well as the 'terms' option.
