To properly configure your e-commerce system, it is recommended that you set up your sizes, quantities and paper types prior to configuring pricing for your product category.

Question: How do I add or edit a product category image? It is recommended that when you create a product category you upload an image for both of the image artwork fields. The primary image is used on the category detail page, while the secondary image is used on a product listing page. To update a category image, you should upload a file into your files listing and set the file type equal to 'Product Category Artwork'. This file setting will allow your file to be selected when updating the category detail page and your category image.

In addition to setting the default listing for quantities, paper types and sizes, it is also recommended to set up your default shipping and payment settings for your system. Note: default settings can be overridden at a customer detail level to allow for finer control of the system behavior for your customers.

The Getting Started wizard let's you choose from a catalog of available printing related product categories, paper types, sizes and help you configure how many print copies you will offer in your products.
You can also add some Product Categories, paper type, sizes and quantities not available in that wizard manually, as you see fit.
Once you have all required data in place, you can run the Pricing Setup wizard and all configured data will be available for you.
Follow the Pricing Setup wizard for each category to setup your products and prices.
Once you are done and ready to publish your catalog of products, you need to make sure the Product Category is ACTIVE.
