Before uploading and proofing your artwork, please confirm that your file meets the following requirements.

Artwork specific for submitted orders/jobs or for our design teams' reference, must be "zipped" (with an extension of ".zip") and e-mailed.
Note: You must match the name of your zip file with the name of our job (For example: "job123" = "123.zip". Unmatched zip files will NOT be reviewed.) Our design team will unzip and review correctly submitted materials.
Not a problem, simply zip and e-mail your artwork (as instructed above) and one of our support team members will review your settings and reply to you directly. Please include as much detail about your questions in your e-mail as possible. A support team member will review your case and reply.
